The privacy policy defines the principles of processing personal data of all users visiting and using the Fltgrupa.pl Portal (hereinafter: “Portal”) and concerns, among others, the information obligation resulting from the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L119 of 4.05.2016, p. 1) (hereinafter “GDPR”).
We process personal data collected during your use of the Portal, including personal data provided by you during registration in the Portal, for the purpose of providing services within the Portal, including for the purpose of:

When you use the Portal’s search engine, the Portal obtains information about your preferences and interests. When you use the Portal via mobile devices, the Portal may gain access to information about the user’s location.
When you use the Portal, the Portal uses cookies. In the details of cookie processing, we process information about which of the content available on the Portal has been viewed by you. If you enable cookies in your browser, then within the Portal you can save information about your preferences. Within the Portal, you can also choose whether you want to receive information about content based on content you have previously viewed. For this purpose, we ask for your explicit consent to process your personal data.
Within the Portal, you can modify your cookie preferences at any time, enable or disable these options. If you do not change your browser settings within the Portal, then within the Portal information will be processed about what content within the Portal you have previously viewed.
Right of access
Every person has the right to request from the administrator access to personal data concerning them, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to their processing, and the right to data portability. Right to lodge a complaint
If it is determined that the processing of personal data violates GDPR provisions, the person whose data is concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
– Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, if the person whose data is concerned has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;
– Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, if processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
– Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, if processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
– Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, if processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of a natural person who is not a party to the contract, as well as to protect general interests;
– Article 6(1)(e) GDPR, if processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest;
– Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, if processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.
Personal data protection
We store and process Portal users’ personal data in a secure manner, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular based on the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions that should be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 100, item 1024), as well as on the Personal Data Protection Act.
Use of information contained on websites
FLT Grupa Sp. z o.o. informs that all information contained on the websites is intended solely for informational purposes and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code. FLT Grupa Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any damages resulting from the use by third parties of information contained on the websites.

The personal data administrator and Personal Data Inspector within the meaning of the GDPR regulation is Artur Jaska. Personal data obtained by the Administrator will be processed for marketing purposes (promotion of services and products offered by the PORTAL) and in accordance with the content of given consents. The legal basis for processing is the consent of the person whose data is concerned.
PERSONAL DATA WITHIN THE MEANING OF GDPR REGULATION
Personal data – according to the GDPR provision means information that enables the identification of a natural person (to whom this data relates). This can be name and surname, email, geolocation data, user identifier (id).
TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY FLTGRUPA.PL?
The service processes only data of persons ordering services and products in the Fltgrupa.pl store (in case of filling in the required fields in the order form, by a person using the service): name and surname, email address, phone number, company data (address, tax number, email address, KRS).
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION.

The company requires only data that is necessary for the proper functioning of the service and provision of services in accordance with (Article 6(1)(b)) i.e., processing necessary for contract performance, advisory service execution, or based on (Article 6(1)(a)), i.e., consent of the data owner in case of marketing activities. Failure to provide required data will make it impossible to perform the activity to which this data related. Browsing the content of the Fltgrupa.pl website not connected with purchasing services or using the contact form does not require the Client to provide personal data.
The basis for processing personal data by the Fltgrupa.pl Portal is voluntary consent of users, as well as statutory authorization to process personal data for the purpose of, among others, enabling Clients to use some functions of the website; execution of orders for Portal services and products; implementation of newsletter and notification subscriptions; implementation of direct marketing of products and services of FLT GRUPA Sp. z o.o. ul. Providing personal data when the Client user submits an order form, contact form or newsletter subscription means acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Thus, the user consents to the processing of their personal data in connection with the conclusion and performance of the contract by FLT GRUPA Sp. z o.o. ul. In case of filling out the newsletter form, the user consents to receiving commercial information from Fltgrupa.pl. Providing any personal data on the site is of course voluntary.
The person whose data is concerned has at any time the right of access to the content of their data (Article 15 GDPR – according to this article of the regulation, in such a situation the administrator will provide the person whose data is concerned with a copy of personal data subject to processing. The person whose data is concerned has at any time the right to correct/rectify data (Article 16 GDPR) The person whose data is concerned has at any time the right to request cessation of processing their personal data (“right to be forgotten”) (Article 17 GDPR), i.e., the right to data deletion. The person whose data is concerned has at any time the right to restrict the processing of personal data (Article 18 GDPR) The person whose data is concerned has at any time the right to data portability (Article 19 GDPR). The person whose data is concerned has at any time the right to object to data processing (especially if data is processed for direct marketing purposes). Recipients (processors of entrustment) of personal data include, among others, entities ensuring service maintenance including entities from outside the European Economic Area. The exchange of personal data with these entities is regulated by a data entrustment agreement.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS BY THE PERSON WHOSE DATA IS CONCERNED

ACCESS TO COLLECTED AND GATHERED DATA
According to Article 29 GDPR, data access is available to authorized employees or collaborators dealing with Fltgrupa.pl service support, who have been granted appropriate powers of attorney.

Fltgrupa.pl obtains information about users and their behavior in the following way:
- Through information voluntarily entered by the user in forms on the Fltgrupa.pl portal
- Through saving cookie files (so-called popular “cookies”) on end devices.
- Through collecting www server logs by the hosting operator.

- The Fltgrupa.pl Portal collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
- The Portal may additionally save information about connection parameters (time designation, IP address)

The entity placing cookie files on the Service User’s end device and obtaining access to them is the Service operator. DATA SHARING
Data enabling identification of a natural person is shared exclusively with that person’s consent. The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Service to authorized bodies based on lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request. Data is not subject to sharing with third parties and entities.
